Born in Connecticut and born hearing until later in life.

Ronald Iverson - Director of Development

Felipe Poletto - Treasurer/Secretary/Director
Felipe is currently a construction estimator/scheduler for the largest desing firm in the world (AECOM), Previously he worked as an estimator and project engineer for one of the largest construction companies in the US, and the largest in Canada. He has also worked as a co-op for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). He has a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Florida. He volunteered with the deaf community growing up and has had experience with the Deaf-Blind at a very young age as you can check on the video in our gallery box.
