Tammy Carrier - Vice-President

Born in Connecticut and born hearing until later in life.
Started to lose her hearing during her teenage years.
Currently hard of hearing with a slow degeneration.
She speaks normally and relies on lip reading and sign language.



​Ronald Iverson - Director of Development

Previous owner and CEO for 40 years, now retired, of Iverson Perennial Gardens, Inc., the largest wholesale grower of perennial garden plants in America, serving 20 states and over 3,000 retail outlets. Ron is familiar with all aspects of organization management, employee management, legal and financial affairs of operating a successful goal directed organization...

​Felipe Poletto - Treasurer/Secretary/Director

Felipe is currently a construction estimator/scheduler for the largest desing firm in the world (AECOM), Previously he worked as an estimator and project engineer for one of the largest construction companies in the US, and the largest in Canada. He has also worked as a co-op for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).  He has a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Florida. He volunteered with the deaf community growing up and has had experience with the Deaf-Blind at a very young age as you can check on the video in our gallery box.
