Felipe is currently a Field Engineer for PCL Civil Constructors in one of the largest project Tampa Bay ever had, the I-4/Crosstown Connector Project. Previously he worked as a co-op for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). He has a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Florida. He volunteered with the deaf community growing up with deaf children and has had experience with the Deaf-Blind since young.
