The Arlete Rocha Foundation for the Deaf, hereafter the Foundation, is a new entity whose objective is to provide programs that enhance the quality of life of the Deaf and the Deaf-Blind of our community. The Foundation’s goal is to support successful integration of these special people more effectively into the community. Initial programs and activities will commence in Pinellas County in Florida.
