Scott was born deaf, currently living in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Was a caregiver for Caregiver Service, Inc., being always there for his clients to whatever was needed. Scott was known for his trustworthiness and reliability. Currently he holds three jobs: umpire at City of Clearwater Park and Recreational Department; American Sign Language (ASL) tutor and teacher of Fingerspelling at St. Petersburg College which allows the students to better communicate with the Deaf and Deaf-Blind.
